Rachel Lichtman is the founder of Lichtman Law. She ensures that her firm is dedicated to providing every client with a full and fair defence. Her law practice focuses on all criminal and regulatory charges. She is passionate and dedicated to the defence of each and every one of her clients. Rachel articled for the esteemed firm of Greenspan Partners LLP, and had the privilege of working directly with Edward L. Greenspan Q.C. on multiple cases.
As a courageous and determined lawyer, Rachel has obtained outstanding results for many of her clients; including having charges of discharge firearm withdrawn, ensuring not guilty verdicts on sexual assault trials, and acquittals on serious Guns and Gangs cases. She has worked on large scale frauds, criminal organization offences, serious violent offences, driving related offences, drug offences, and murder cases.
Rachel obtained an honors degree in Business Administration from York University, and her Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor Law School. She worked at Community Legal Aid, a student clinic that provides legal services to criminally accused persons, during her full three years at Windsor Law. She was honored with the Judge Bruce J.S. MacDonald Award in Criminal Advocacy.
